In a typical week...

DIET: I eat apples, pears, chicken, eggs, cottage cheese, oatmeal and mangos. I eat small meals every three hours and I try to stay around 2,200 calories a day!

EXERCISE: I work out 6 days a week, about 60 to 90 minutes a day. Three days I do cardio (treadmill, Elliptical or StairMaster) for 60 minutes, then I do abs for 15 minutes. The other three days I do weight training for an hour and cardio for 20 minutes.
